It has been a very long time since I wrote on this website and those visiting the site over the past few months would think that nothing much happens within masters athletics! That needs and change and I need your help to make it happen, so I am looking for someone to take over the management of the website.

It's that time on the year and registrations for all NON-CLUB CMA members is now due.

If you are a current financial member of an Athletics New Zealand club, you are automatically able to compete at track and track events organised in Canterbury.
For the past several years, Canterbury Masters (non-club) members can also enter ALL Athletics Canterbury track & field events without having to join a club. However you DO need to be a financial member of CMA to compete, so please complete you registration ASAP in you intend to compete. Our year runs from 1st September to 31st August.

This link takes you to the Events calendar. Local the day of the meeting and follow the online entry procedure. The entry system is the same as we use when entering the South Island or NZMA Championships events.
This event is occuring in Dunedin, 13th ot 15th November. Entries CLOSE 1 November, so not long to go. Use this link below to enter and find out more information.
Due to Covid 19, both events were postponed. As yet no new dates have been suggested. One idea is to have a combined Awards Dinner, with a brief AGM held at the same time. This could occur on a Sunday. If you think this is a good idea, let one of your committee know.
